Frank Pulley is the Executive Vice President, Operations where he directs the staff in the management, administration and operation of all programs including base and branch expansion initiatives.
Prior to his promotion to EVP / Operations, Frank served in a key function as Troop Transition's Senior Military Advisor where he played a crucial role in bridging the gap between the transition needs and challenges of young service members and the tactical deployment of training opportunities on base. His 30 years of distinguished military service in the United States Marine Corps (10+ years of which were served as a Sergeant Major) were instrumental in working with key military and business leaders to make Troop Transition a reality.
As a Marine, Frank held an array of key positions as a Sergeant Major to include: 1st Marine Division (a command consisting of over 22,000 active duty personnel); and the Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, CA / Western Recruiting Region. "Taking care of Marines" has been Frank's motto as a military serviceman and now as a business leader.
He is a member of the following organizations: Rotary International, Marine Corps Association, Marine Corps League, Marine Executive Association, Marine Memorial Association, Navy-Marine Association, 1st Marine Division Association, Noncommissioned Officer's Association, Fleet Reserve Association, Veterans of Foreign Wars and the American Legion.
Frank has a Bachelor of Science Degree (Summa Cum Laude) in Management/Human Resources and an Associate of Science Degree in Personnel Management from Park University.
He is married to the former Martha Alejandra Formariz-Ocampo of La Paz, B.C.S. MX and has three children and four grandsons.
