Direct 2 Management (D2M) targets retiring servicemen and women who have 20+ years of training and experience in their military occupational code or specialty. D2M's training prepares candidates for a mid-level supervisory or management position across a broad array of industries. Employers who are eager to work with senior NCO's and junior officer personnel engage us to train and place these special candidates. The program includes job placement services and all components are offered at zero out-of-pocket expense.

Heroes 2 Hire plays an important role in the rehabilitation process. We work with wounded and disabled servicemen and women and their spouses - who sacrifice in equal portion but struggle on their own. We operate in cooperation with non-profits and seek to provide meaningful career opportunities to these veterans. Candidates may enroll in any of our career programs, but enrollment in those programs is not required. We work directly with employers to create the right opportunity based on the special needs of the applicant. As with all of our programs, Heroes 2 Hire is offered at no-cost to the candidate.
