  • KEVIN M. DENNY - CEO

    Kevin M. Denny Mr. Denny is responsible for the leadership and management of Troop Transition International. The combination of his successful corporate upbringing, financial acumen, and entrepreneurial achievement allows him to lead TTi in its quest to redefine the military-to-civilian transition process for our nation’s military professionals.

    Denny brings over 20 years of “big business” experience and leadership to TTi – from 3M to General Electric – and five years of financial and investment management to the table. In 1999, Mr. Denny left corporate America to scratch his entrepreneurial “itch” and successfully launched the first of several start-up companies. His ability to discover and monetize new market opportunities has led to a string of successful business ventures. A particular focus on service related endeavors makes him an ideal fit for Troop Transition International.
  • FRANK E. PULLEY (USMC, RET.) — EVP, OPERATIONS

    FRANK PULLEY

    Frank Pulley is the Executive Vice President, Operations where he directs the staff in the management, administration and operation of all programs including base and branch expansion initiatives.

    Prior to his promotion to EVP / Operations, Frank served in a key function as Troop Transition's Senior Military Advisor where he played a crucial role in bridging the gap between the transition needs and challenges of young service members and the tactical deployment of training opportunities on base. His 30 years of distinguished military service in the United States Marine Corps (10+ years of which were served as a Sergeant Major) were instrumental in working with key military and business leaders to make Troop Transition a reality.

    As a Marine, Frank held an array of key positions as a Sergeant Major to include: 1st Marine Division (a command consisting of over 22,000 active duty personnel); and the Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, CA / Western Recruiting Region. "Taking care of Marines" has been Frank's motto as a military serviceman and now as a business leader.

    He is a member of the following organizations: Rotary International, Marine Corps Association, Marine Corps League, Marine Executive Association, Marine Memorial Association, Navy-Marine Association, 1st Marine Division Association, Noncommissioned Officer's Association, Fleet Reserve Association, Veterans of Foreign Wars and the American Legion.

    Frank has a Bachelor of Science Degree (Summa Cum Laude) in Management/Human Resources and an Associate of Science Degree in Personnel Management from Park University.

    He is married to the former Martha Alejandra Formariz-Ocampo of La Paz, B.C.S. MX and has three children and four grandsons.

  • CHRISTOPHER LOPEZ – VICE PRESIDENT, PLACEMENT SERVICES

    CHRIS LOPEZ

    Chris Lopez is Vice President of Placement Services at Troop Transition. He leads the strategy team responsible for identifying labor shortfalls and aligning employer workforce goals with long-term, credentialing and placement solutions.

    He brings more than 16 years of Management and Recruiting experience to Troop Transition's placement organization. For the past eight years, he was an Executive Senior Partner with a nationally recognized recruiting firm, where he developed staffing solutions for over 200 client corporations in 15 verticals.

    Prior to getting his start in recruiting, Chris served in Operations Management for the Pepsi Bottling Group and as an artillery officer in the United States Marine Corps.

    Chris holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the United States Naval Academy. He resides in Oceanside, CA with his wife of fifteen years and two children.

  • TROY BLANK - VICE PRESIDENT, ADMISSIONS

    TROY BLANK

    Troy Blank is the Vice President of Admissions who began his affiliation with Troop Transition as a student in Troops 2 Truckers. Upon retirement from the United States Marine Corps as a Master Sergeant (and prior to being named to his current position), Troy served as the General Manager for Troops 2 Truckers where he oversaw the program's daily operations aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California.

    As the VP, Admissions, Troy oversees all aspects of student enrollment, class scheduling, and coordination of all admissions activities with accreditation partners and base education personnel. Additionally, Troy provides key direction and guidance to all instructors for Troop Transition programs.

    In a Marine Corps career that spanned over 22 years, he served in a wide variety assignments to include: Lead Defense Travel Administrator for over 22,000 troops of the 1st Marine Division and Senior Drill Instructor at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego.

    Troy also devotes himself to volunteer work in the community as the Executive Officer for the Saddleback Young Marines. He is a proud member of the Disabled American Veterans, Veterans of Foreign Wars and the American Legion.

    He is married to the former Evelyn Rae Hinkle of Santa Rosa, CA and has three daughters and a son.
